Stad, 11. May 2022 - Statt Torsk ASA (STATT)
Statt Torsk ASA has entered into a NOK 10 million credit facility with Orinoco
AS (affiliate of chairman Nicolas Brun-Lie), Medvode AS (affiliate of CEO
Gustave Brun-Lie), Mami Holding AS (affiliate of board member Marianne
Kveldstad), og T.D. Veen AS (affiliate of board member Øyvind Schanke).
The new facility will carry a total interest rate of 5.00% p.a. all inclusive.
The facility may be cancelled at any time, by either party, whereupon the
outstanding amount will become due and payable. The facility will be used to
finance the group's working capital requirements, as well as general corporate
purposes.
