Oslo, 4 January 2023: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from Statt
Torsk ASA ("Statt Torsk" or the "Company") on 20 December 2022 in relation to a
potential subsequent offering (the "Subsequent Offering") of up to 5,882,352 new
shares (the "Offer Shares") at a subscription price of NOK 1.70 per new share
(the "Offer Price"), being identical to the subscription price in the private
placement completed on 8 December 2022, raising gross proceeds of up to NOK 10
million.
As a reminder, please note that the subscription period for the Subsequent
Offering will expire today on 4 January 2023 at 16:30 (CET).
Completion of the Subsequent Offering is subject to all necessary corporate
resolutions being validly made by the Company, including without limitation, the
board of directors resolving to consummate the Subsequent Offering and issue and
allocate the Offer Shares.
