STRO: Leading Regional Grocery Retailer in Spain Orders Vusion Connected Store Solutions from StrongPoint

(Oslo, 27 October 2026), StrongPoint, a leading grocery technology provider,
announces that a Spanish grocery retailer, has ordered Vusion solutions from
StrongPoint to support the digital transformation of approximately 100 stores in
Spain.

The solutions will help the grocery retailer enhance the shopper experience and
improve how store teams manage day-to-day operations.

The retailer has ordered Vusion's EdgeSense connected shelf platform, Captana
computer vision technology and Electronic Shelf Labels (ESLs). The rollout has
recently begun and will continue over the next two years, reaching almost one
million ESLs. StrongPoint Spain will be the main contractor, responsible for
supply, installation, service and support.

Vusion's EdgeSense platform provides the intelligent infrastructure for the
connected store, unifying real-time shelf intelligence with location-aware task
guidance to help retailers operate with greater speed, precision and efficiency.

Vusion's Captana uses sensors and AI to monitor shelves, identifying stock
issues and changes in fresh product condition. This will give the retailer
better visibility of stock levels and product freshness, helping store teams
respond faster and reduce fresh product loss and waste. It also supports the
retailer's commitment to fresh and local products.
