From 13 December 2021 until 17 December 2021, StrongPoint ASA has purchased a
total of 28,621 own shares at the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK
25.03 per share.

of 564,859 own shares, corresponding to 1.3% of StrongPoint ASA's share capital.
