Techstep is pleased to announce the formalization of a commercial agreement with
a mobile operator in the Nordics, following the initial partner agreement
disclosed on 15 May 2024. This strategic partnership will introduce Techstep's
proprietary software and managed services to the mobile operator's B2B customer
base.
The collaboration will feature Techstep's own Device Lifecycle Management
platform alongside our managed services and security capabilities. This
partnership will empower the mobile operator, which has clear growth ambitions
in the Nordic B2B market, to enhance its offerings and capabilities, promoting
more responsible and sustainable device management.
"This agreement aligns perfectly with Techstep's broader objective of expanding
our market reach within the European mobile service provider sector, focusing on
managed mobility and circular tech solutions. We are pleased to onboard the
first mobile operator to our Lifecycle platform, enabling them to scale their
device business more responsibly and in line with circular economy principles",

The mobile operator will launch their device lifecycle services to the market in
the fourth quarter this year. The commercial terms include a license price per
user/device model, and preparations to onboard customers and scale operations
are now set to begin. Financial effect is expected to ramp up from the second
half of 2025.
