In accordance with the authorisation granted by the annual general meeting on 23
May 2023, the Board of Directors of Techstep ASA has resolved to grant share
options pursuant to the 2023 incentive program.

A total of 460,000 share options have been granted to primary insiders,
distributed as follows:

  · Børge Astrup (CEO) has been granted 50,000 share options and following this
grant has a holding of a total of 500,000 share options
  · Ellen Solum (CFO) has been granted 150,000 share options and following this
grant has a holding of a total of 150,000 share options
  · Mads Vårdal (Chief Product Officer) has been granted 50,000 share options
and following this grant has a holding of a total of 199,738 share options
  · Bartosz Leoszewski (Chief Technology Officer) has been granted 50,000 share
options and following this grant has a holding of a total of 84,065 share
options
  · David Landeborn (Chief Delivery & Advisory Officer) has been granted 60,000
share options and following this grant has a holding of a total of 82,966 share
options
  · Sheena Lim (Chief Marketing Officer) has been granted 50,000 share options
and following this grant has a holding of a total of 84,065 share options
  · Ellen Skaarnæs (Chief People Officer) has been granted 50,000 share options
and following this grant has a holding of a total of 84,065 share options

Each share option gives the right to purchase one share in Techstep ASA. The
share options will become exercisable (vest) with 1/3 yearly after the grant
date and must be exercised within five years. The exercise price is NOK 18.7 per
share.

To maintain the purpose of the share options incentive programme, the Board of
Directors have further decided a repricing of options previously issued with
vesting in 2024, 2025 and 2026, respectively. The repricing of existing options
is as follows:

  · Options vesting in 2024: NOK 21.70
  · Options vesting in 2025: NOK 25.60
  · Options vesting in 2026: NOK 29.50
