The Annual General Meeting of TECO 2030 ASA was held today July 31st, 2024. All
resolutions were adopted in accordance with the Board's proposal and the
Nomination Committee's recommendation.
The signed protocol from the Annual General Meeting and Annual Report 2023 is
attached to this stock exchange notice.

ABOUT TECO 2030 ASA
TECO 2030 is building up Europe's first Giga production facility of hydrogen PEM
fuel cell stacks and modules in Narvik, Norway. The production capacity will be
