Verksamhet innehas på global nivå, med störst närvaro inom Europa och Nordamerika. Tekna Holding grundades 2020 och har sitt huvudkontor i Québec.

CORRECTION: Receipt and acquisition of subscription rights by primary insiders

With reference to the stock exchange announcement of 18 November 2025, please
see updated information below and PDMR forms attached.

Claude Jean, CEO of the Company, has on 18 November 2025 acquired 30,000
subscription rights in the Company at the price of NOK 0,1258, the total value
of the transaction was NOK 3,774.00. 

Yanick Fontaine, Executive Director Powder manufacturing, has on 18 November
2025 received 44,215 subscription rights in the Company with no price payable.

Please see attached the corrected notifications of trade for further information
regarding the primary insiders' receipt of tradable subscription rights in the
Rights Issue.
