Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Tekna Holding
ASA (the "Company") earlier today, 18 November 2025, regarding the commencement
of the subscription period in the fully underwritten rights issue of 100,000,000
new shares in the Company, at a subscription price of NOK 3.00 per share to
raise gross proceeds of NOK 300 million (the "Rights Issue").

As part of this process, tradable subscription rights have been allocated to
certain primary insiders, and certain close associates of primary insiders, of
the Company:

Board of Directors of the Company, has on 18 November 2025 received 530,963
subscription rights in the Company with no price payable. 

Tibidabo Industrier AS, a company closely associated with Dag Teigland, Chair of
the Board of Directors of the Company, has on 18 November 2025 received 48,639
subscription rights in the Company with no price payable. 

Kvantia AS, a company closely associated with Kristin Åbyholm, member of the
Board of Directors of the company, has on 18 November 2025 received 1,847,389
subscription rights in the Company with no price payable. 

Victoria India Fund AS, a company closely associated with Kristin Åbyholm,
member of the Board of Directors of the company, has on 18 November 2025
received 1,044,862 subscription rights in the Company with no price payable. 

Caaby AS, a company closely associated with Kristin Åbyholm, member of the Board
of Directors of the company, has on 18 November 2025 received 121,098
subscription rights in the Company with no price payable.

RWD AS, a company closely associated with Kristin Åbyholm, member of the Board
of Directors of the company, has on 18 November 2025 received 16,278
subscription rights in the Company with no price payable.

Lomo Plata AS, a company closely associated with Torkil Sigurd Mogstad, Observer
of the Board of Directors of the Company, has on 18 November 2025 received
40,892 subscription rights in the Company with no price payable. 

Damgløtt AS, a company close associated with Ann-Kari Amundsen Heier, member of
the Board of Directors of the company, has on 18 November 2025 received 13,336
subscription rights in the Company with no price payable.

Claude Jean, CEO of the Company, has on 18 November 2025 acquired 30,000
subscription rights in the Company at the price of NOK 1,258, the total value of
the transaction was NOK 37,740,000. 

ESC Holding AS, a company closely associated with Espen Schie, CFO of the
Company, has on 18 November 2025 received 298,102 subscription rights in the
Company with no price payable. 

Arina van Oost, VP Corporate Strategic Development, has on 18 November 2025
received 307,825 subscription rights in the Company with no price payable. 

Remy Pontone, EVP Materials, has on 18 November 2025 received 137,328
subscription rights in the Company with no price payable.

Pier-Luc Crete, HR, OHS and Supply Director, has on 18 November 2025 received
42,532 subscription rights in the Company with no price payable.

Yanick Fontaine, Executive Director Powder manufacturing, has on 18 November
2025 received 98,096 subscription rights in the Company with no price payable.
