Reference is made to the stock exchange notice made by The Kingfish Company N.V.
(the "Company") on 18 January 2023 regarding the completion of a subsequent
offering of 18,884,315 new shares in the Company (the "Offer Shares") at a
subscription price of NOK 8.410 per Offer Share (the "Subsequent Offering").

The issuance of the Offer Shares, as resolved by the supervisory board of the
Company on 18 January 2023 based on the authorization granted by the Company's
extraordinary general meeting on 14 October 2022, has been effected by virtue of
executing a deed of issuance of shares and has now taken legal effect.

The new registered issued share capital of the Company is EUR 1,108,492.91
divided into 110,849,291 shares, each share with a par value of EUR 0.01.

The Offer Shares are expected to be delivered to investors in the VPS and
commence trading on Euronext Growth Oslo on 26 January 2023.
