Nordic Nanovector ASA - Disclosure of large shareholding

Reference is made to stock exchange message from Nordic Nanovector dated 3 July
2023 regarding the completion of the acquisition of Thor Medical AS.
As a consequence of the transaction, North Energy ASA's holding of 18,367,363
shares in Nordic Nanovector now constitutes 7.86% of the issued shares and votes
in the company.
This disclosure is made pursuant to section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities
Trading Act.
