Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements made yesterday on 3 July
2023 regarding the issue of new shares to the former board members Jon Magne
Asmyr and Tina Bønsdorff, and closing of the acquisition of Thor Medical AS and
the issuance of consideration shares to the sellers of Thor Medical AS (jointly,
the "Share Issues"). The Share Issues involve the issue of a total of
117,503,708 new shares in the Company. The Share Issues have now been registered
in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises and the company's new share
capital is NOK 46,707,801.2 divided into 233,539,006 shares, each with a nominal
value of NOK 0,20. 

Further, the name change from Nordic Nanovector ASA to Thor Medical ASA and the
new purpose in the Articles of Association have now been registered in the
Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The company's new ticker will be
"TRMED".
