Mario Blazevic has been appointed as interim Managing Director of Tietoevry
Banking effective 6 May 2025. Mr. Blazevic will succeed Endre Rangnes who was
appointed as interim CEO of Tietoevry effective 5 May 2025.

Mr. Blazevic (born 1975) has been working at Tietoevry since 2010, most recently
as the Head of Cards and Transaction Banking at Tietoevry Banking. Previously,
he held several senior leadership positions in Cards at Tietoevry and EVRY. Mr.
Blazevic is a Norwegian citizen.

strategic review that led to the decision to retain Tietoevry Banking as a
specialized business within Tietoevry. These changes have presented considerable
