Tietoevry Corporation ("Tietoevry") has published its Annual Report for 1
January-31 December 2022. The Financial Review, including the Report by the
Board of Directors, Financial Statements, the Corporate Governance Statement and
Remuneration Report, is available as an attachment to this release.

Tietoevry's Sustainability Report 2022 is combined into the Annual Report. The
report, prepared in accordance with GRI Standards, outlines Tietoevry's
performance according to the Sustainability Game Plan 2023 which emphasizes
actions for the climate, ethical conduct and creating an exciting place to work.
The report covers the company's high ambitions regarding gender balance and
reducing climate impact, and measures such as commitment to the Science Based
Targets Initiative.

Tietoevry's website (https://www.tietoevry.com/en/investor-relations/). The
company publishes its annual financial statements also in accordance with the
European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements, available as an
attached xHTML zip file to this release. In line with the ESEF requirements, the
primary financial statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. Notes to the
financial statements have been labelled with XBRL block tags. Deloitte Oy has
provided an independent auditor's reasonable assurance report on the ESEF
financial statements (in Finnish) in accordance with International Standard on
Assurance Engagements (ISAE) 3000 (Revised).
