Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 28 November 2025 by
Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA regarding its acquisition of shares in Treasure ASA
and launch of a cash offer to the remaining shareholders of Treasure ASA,
subject to legal restrictions in certain jurisdictions, at NOK 39.50 per share
(the "Offer"). Further reference is made to the announcement on 01 December 2025
regarding acceptances received under the Offer at the date at time thereof.

Since the announcement of acceptances of the Offer received on 01 December 2025
and up to the date hereof, as of 09:03 hours CET, Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA
had received additional acceptances of the Offer for 3,000 shares in Treasure
ASA. 

Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA is a company closely associated to Thomas
Wilhelmsen, chairman of the board of directors of Treasure ASA and Christian
Berg, member of the board of directors of Treasure ASA. 

Since the announcement of acceptances of the Offer received on 01 December 2025,
the following primary insiders in Treasure ASA or closely associated persons or
entities, have accepted the Offer: Fajoma Consulting AS
