The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Univid ASA (the "Company") refers to the
resolution and announcement released by the Oslo Stock Exchange on 27 October
2023. The Oslo Stock Exchange has decided to delist the Company's shares,
effective from 12 December 2023, with the last trading day on 11 December 2023.
The decision primarily stems from Oslo Stock Exchange's assessment that the
Company, following the sale of its foreign operating subsidiaries including its
interest in the Filecoin cloud storage partnerships, Storify and Helix on 8
April 2023, is not suitable for continued listing.

The decision by the Oslo Stock Exchange is surprising and comes at a time where
the Company has made noteworthy progress in its ambition and was near to
complete and announce a significant business combination with the potential of
creating increased value for all shareholders. The Company expects said business
combination would satisfy relevant listing criteria in order to maintain the
Company's listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange.  

It is the Company's view that Oslo Stock Exchange's delisting decision is
subject to procedural errors and that the decision is neither consistent with
Oslo Stock Exchange past practise nor reflects or properly weighs the latest
real time developments in the progress already made for a business combination. 

The Company is especially surprised with Oslo Stock Exchange's urgency to
resolve a delisting of the Company's shares, and that the Company has not been
properly notified and informed about the factors and deliberations taken into
account by Oslo Stock Exchange prior to the delisting resolution nor their
intention and desire to resolve a delisting. The Company has therefore not been
given the opportunity to respond to the Oslo Stock Exchange's intention to
delist the Company's shares, nor to provide Oslo Stock Exchange with information
on ongoing work for a business combination that would clearly have been relevant
for the stock exchange's assessment. 

"We were on the verge of signing a Letter of Intent for a business combination
and have also engaged the services of a Norwegian investment bank to assist in
this transaction. Based on this, the resolution seems premature and jeopardizes
and puts at risk both the anticipated transaction and the Company's future
prospects, "says Thomas Christensen, Chairman of Univid.

The Company intends to pursue an appeal regarding Oslo Stock Exchange's decision
to the Stock Exchange Appeals Committee. The deadline for submission of a
complaint is set to 10 November 2023. The Company will continuously keep the
market informed of any updates during the appeals process. 

"I believe that when all the relevant facts and our view on the relevant rules
and regulations are put before the Stock Exchange Appeals Committee, the
decision by Oslo Stock Exchange will be overturned," adds Thomas Christensen.
 
Should the appeal prove successful, or Oslo Stock Exchange reverses its
decision, the Company will retain its listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange. In
parallel with the appeals process, the Company will continue its work towards a
business combination for the benefit of the Company and all its shareholders. 

Given the uncertainty the resolution from Oslo Stock Exchange has created for
the Company, the ongoing process for completing a business combination and the
Company's belief that the resolution will be reversed, Univid wishes to draw
attention to the risk that trading in the shares now entail.
