the contemplated admission to trading of the shares of Vantage Drilling
International Ltd. (the "Company") on Euronext Growth Oslo (the "Listing"). The
Company is pleased to announce that all conditions for the Listing have been
fulfilled, and that the first day of trading on Euronext Growth Oslo will be
Monday, October 28, 2024.
