Veidekke: To Build 73 Apartments at Bøler for SPG

Veidekke's subsidiary Seby AS has been awarded a contract by Scandinavian
Property Group (SPG) to build 73 apartments at Bøler in Oslo. The project will
be delivered as a design and build contract, with a contract value of NOK 257
million excluding VAT.

development phase to shape this project with SPG, and we are very pleased to now
sign the contract and commence construction at Bøler. We have positive
experience working with SPG from previous projects, and we would like to thank

The Bølerlia 73B project, located in Oslo's Østensjø district, comprises 73
apartments ranging in size from 35 to 101 square metres. The development will
also include a parking facility and a Kiwi grocery store. In addition, the
project will feature a shared community space with a kitchen, as well as a
rooftop terrace for residents. The building will have a gross floor area (GFA)
of 8,600 square metres.
The contract also includes landscaping and outdoor works, including the
development of a central courtyard. This will provide a green, car-free outdoor
environment situated between the buildings and the surrounding forest. The
project borders Oslo's recreational forest area and offers easy access to the
metro, schools and childcare facilities.
Before construction begins, the existing Kiwi store, parking structure and self
-storage facility will be demolished.

Construction is scheduled to start in early October, with completion planned for
August 2028. The contract will be included in Veidekke's order backlog for the
third quarter of 2026.
