Vend Marketplaces ASA ("Vend") today publishes a pre-silent newsletter as a
service for investors and analysts preparing for the Q2 2026 report. The report
will be published on 17 July 2026.

In addition, the newsletter includes information about volume trends for Vend's
verticals for April-May 2026.
