Please see below information about transactions made under the buyback programme
announced on 30 April 2026. The second tranche was announced on 6 August 2026.
Date on which the second tranche of the repurchase programme was announced: 6
August 2026
The duration of the repurchase programme: The second tranche of the buyback
programme is planned to be finalised within 31 December 2026.
Size of the repurchase programme: This second tranche of the share buyback
programme will cover purchases up to a maximum value of NOK 2 billion.
For the period 5 October until 9 October 2026, Vend Marketplaces ASA ("Vend")
has purchased a total of 902,000 own shares at an average price of NOK 194.2376
per share.

Following the transactions above, Vend has bought back a total of 4,473,000
shares with a transaction value of approx. NOK 1,016,622,199 under the second
tranche of the buyback programme.
The issuer's holding of own shares:
Following the completion of the above transactions, Vend owns a total of
13,227,872 own shares, corresponding to 6.27% of total issued shares in Vend.
