member of Volue ASA, has today accepted the voluntary offer from Edison Bidco AS
to acquire all shares in Volue ASA. Fensli Invest AS accepted the voluntary
offer for 17.000 shares. Following the transaction, Fensli Invest AS owns 0
shares in Volue ASA.
