Vow Green Metals AS
New possible location on the Follum site
With reference to the Company's stock market announcement dated 22 March 2022,
Vow Green Metals AS (the "Company") together with other parties at Treklyngen's
Industripark, the industrial park at Follum, Norway, has identified a new
location which is well suited for Vow Green Metals AS' biocarbon factory.
The new location "Renseritomten", which is also located at the park, will fit in
well with other existing businesses and activities at the location. In addition,
it may allow for use of existing buildings and a logistic infrastructure that
provides good flexibility for operations, and future expansion.
"Circularity and emission reduction are core values for Vow Green Metals AS. By
reusing existing buildings and logistics infrastructure we achieve both, and at
the same time achieve flexibility and possible cost benefits compared to the
location that was originally intended for our plant, said Cecilie Jonassen, CEO
of Vow Green Metals AS.
Further site investigation and necessary reengineering of the plant will start
immediately to confirm cost and schedule.
