Jan Halvard Aas Møller has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Vow
Green Metals, effective from February 2024. Mr. Møller comes from the position
as CFO of Biozin Holding AS, a Norwegian company facilitating the production of
renewable products from biomass, owned by Norway's second-largest sawmill
company, Bergene Holm. Before this, he held several C-level positions at Steni
Group and was the Finance Manager of Scandic American Shipping, the management
company for the US-listed shipping company, Nordic American Tankers.

Mr. Møller is a state-authorized auditor by the Financial Supervisory Authority
of Norway and holds a Master's degree in Audit and Accounting from Norwegian
School of Economics.
