Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA: Share program for employees - transaction in own shares completed

Reference is made to the announcement made on Thursday 10 September related to
the employee share program in Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA.

Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA has today, Monday 14 September 2026, completed the
transfer of 11 964 own WWI class A shares at a price of NOK 824.6075 per share
to employees. Effective today, Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA owns 663,078 WWI
class A shares and 190,025 WWIB class B shares.
