WPU - Waste Plastic Upcycling A/S - Disclosure of major shareholding

Reference is made to announcements no. 16 and no. 19 published on December 17,
2024, and December
20, 2024, respectively, by WPU - Waste Plastic Upcycling A/S ("WPU" or the
"Company"), announcing
conditional agreements entered into between Vitol B.V. ("Vitol") and certain
shareholders in the
Company regarding Vitol's acquisition of shares in WPU and the partial
settlement of Vitol's
acquisition of shares in WPU.

On the date hereof, Vitol has acquired 34,586,995 shares of nominally DKK 0.01
each in WPU, which,
when taken together with the shares already held by Vitol in WPU, brings Vitol's
total holding in WPU
to 46,983,048 shares of nominally DKK 0.01 each, representing approximately
89.14 per cent of the
outstanding share capital and votes in WPU.

This information is disclosed by WPU in accordance with the requirements in
section 4.3.1 of the
Euronext Growth Markets Rule Book Part I.

Updated disclosure of major shareholding expected Monday December 23, 2024
WPU is expected to publish an updated major shareholder announcement on Monday
December 23,
2024, where Vitol is expected to settle the acquisition of additional 640,999
shares of nominally DKK
0.01 each, following which Vitol's total holding of shares and voting rights in
WPU will be 90.36 per
cent the outstanding share capital and votes in WPU. Accordingly, on such date
Vitol is expected to
exceed the 90 per cent reportable threshold of the share capital and votes in
WPU pursuant to section
4.3.1 of the Euronext Growth Markets Rule Book Part I.
