WPU - Waste Plastic Upcycling A/S - Disclosure of major shareholding 

Reference is made to announcement no. 16 published on December 17, 2024, and
announcements no. 19 and no. 21 both published on December 20, 2024, by WPU -
Waste Plastic Upcycling A/S ("WPU" or the "Company"), announcing agreements
entered into between Vitol B.V. ("Vitol") and certain shareholders in WPU
regarding Vitol's acquisition of shares in WPU, the partial settlement of
Vitol's acquisition of shares and the disclosure of Vitol's updated major
shareholding in WPU. 

On the date hereof, Vitol has acquired 640,999 shares of nominally DKK 0.01 each
in WPU, which, when taken together with the shares already held by Vitol in WPU,
brings Vitol's total holding in WPU to 47,624,047 shares of nominally DKK 0.01
each, representing approximately 90.36 per cent of the outstanding share capital
and votes in WPU. 

This information is disclosed by WPU in accordance with the requirements in
section 4.3.1 of the Euronext Growth Markets Rule Book Part I.
