Resignation by CEO Niels Henrik Bagge

WPU - Waste Plastic Upcycling A/S (Euronext Growth Oslo: WPU) ("WPU" or the
"Company") hereby announces that Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Niels Henrik Bagge
has today notified the Company that he intends to resign from his position
effective tomorrow, 15th January 2025.

The process to find a new CEO for WPU will be initiated immediately.
