WPU - Capital Increase - 132.781 new issued shares subscribed at - NOK 36,36 per
share by primary insiders CO-CEO Lotte Rosenberg and CFO Thomas Åberg.


WPU - Waste Plastic Upcycling A/S ("Waste Plastic Upcycling" or "WPU") is
pleased to announce a financial update.

The Company is pleased to announce that it has accepted an offer for
subscription for 132.781 new shares (the "New Shares") at a subscription price
per share of NOK 36,36 (the "Subscription Price"). 

The subscription price was calculated as market price based on the double VWAP
for shares in Company in the period April 14 - May 18-2023. 

The cash contribution equals approximately NOK 4,8 million (DKKm 3,05).

Execution and completion of the subscription offer and the issuance of the new
shares were resolved by the Company's Board of Directors (the "Board") pursuant
to an authorization to waive pre-emption rights given by the Company's
shareholder meeting and as set out in the Company statutes. 

Allocation and settlement of the New Shares are expected to be on or about May
30, 2023. The New Shares will be delivered under the existing ISIN and will be
tradable on Euronext Growth Marked Oslo after settlement.
