Technologies AS (the "Company") on 19 March 2026, regarding key information
relating to a potential subsequent offering of up to 576,923 new shares in the
Company (the "Subsequent Offering").

The shares in the Company will be traded exclusive of the right to participate
in the subsequent Offering from and including today, 19 March 2026.
