Two primary insiders of Xplora Technologies AS (the "Company") has on 6 November
2023 exercised a total of 1,582,775 share options. Sten Kirkbak, Chief Executive
Officer of the Company, has (through his wholly owned company Kirkbak Holding
AS) exercised 974,025 share options, while Sanghyo Kim, Chief Technical Officer
of the Company, has exercised 608,750 share options. After this exercise there
are no more employee options in the program that expire in 2023.

The share options will be settled by way of cash settlement by the Company. The
amount payable per share option exercised by the Company to Kirkbak and Kim will
be NOK 13.50 minus the strike price of NOK 7. The closing price on 6 November
2023 was NOK 14.75. Please see the attached form for notification and public
