Oslo, 21 August 2023 - Xplora Technologies AS ("Xplora"), a leading innovator in
the kid's wearables category, is excited to announce a significant leadership
transition within its executive team. After an extensive search, the company has
found a new permanent Chief Financial Officer (CFO), who will be taking office
on August 21nd.

We are pleased to introduce Knut Stålen, who brings a wealth of experience and
expertise from his role as CFO in publicly listed companies, such as Trolltech
AS, Mamut ASA and Next Biometrics Group ASA. Knut will be responsible for
driving Xplora's financial strategy, overseeing financial operations, and
contributing to the company's continued growth and success. 

In light of this transition, Jonas Ringstad, who has been serving as the Interim
CFO, will take on an expanded role within the organization. Effective
immediately, Jonas Ringstad will step into the position of Executive Vice
President (EVP) of a newly established Software as a Service (SaaS) division,
presented at the Q2 23 presentation.
