Xplora Technologies AS - Registration of share capital increase

Oslo, 2 January 2024 - Reference is made to Xplora Technologies AS' ("Xplora" or
the "Company") stock exchange announcement published on 21 December 2023
regarding exercise of warrants as well as the Board of Director's resolution to
increase the Company's share capital pursuant to the board authorization granted
by the Company's general meeting held on 16 May 2023.

The increase of capital has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret). The new share capital of the
Company is NOK 176,626.48, divided into 44,156,620 shares, each with a par value
of NOK 0.004. Each share carries one vote.

Following registration of the new shares in the Norwegian Central Securities
Depository (VPS), the new shares will be delivered and listed on Euronext Growth
Oslo.
