Zaptec ASA will conduct a buyback of own shares in a period lasting from start
of trade on the 1st to end of trade on the 4th of December 2023 to honour share
options granted pursuant to the company's incentive programmes.
 
The total purchase amount is approximately 2 MNOK and the maximum number of
shares to be purchased is up to 130,000. The buyback will be done on basis of
authorization granted at Zaptec ASA's Annual General Meeting on 14th June 2023.
Zaptec ASA holds 37,709 treasury shares prior to the buyback.
