CEO in Zaptec, Peter Bardenfleth-Hansen, has informed the Board that he wishes
to step down in order to focus on other priorities.
Peter has led the company through a challenging period with strong growth in
revenues, number of employees and internationalization. This is a development
that is anticipated to continue with strength. Given Peter's private situation
with small children and his family in Copehagen, he wishes to pass on the bat to
the next person at this junction".
