Oslo, 21 December 2019: Kim Humborstad, founder and deputy chairman of the
board, has today informed the board that he resigns from the board of directors,
effective as of now.
 
"I've had an amazing journey with Zwipe for the past decade; however it is time
for me to step down to focus on new opportunities. I wish everyone in the
company success and will forever be a great supporter of Zwipe", says Kim
Humborstad.

chairman of the board.
