Arc Aroma Pure AB ("ArcAroma") shall deliver one additional oliveCEPT® system to Italy for installation during 2018. This is the first delivery according to a recently signed sales and distribution agreement with Clemente & C ("Clemente"), Matera, Italy. The delivery is a rental purchase amounting to 49 500 EUR per year, with potential purchase price of 295 000 EUR.

-We are proud to announce our new distributor, Clemente, who holds a solid market position in Italy and particularly in the southern regions where also the majority of the Italian olive oil is produced. Clemente is also active in other regions outside of Italy. Having signed this agreement, ArcAroma now cover all the important regions for olive oil production in the Mediterranean through our distributor network. I am very glad that this important goal was achieved early during this very first launch season for the oliveCEPT® platform, a fact that indeed is very promising and a constitutes a solid foundation for the future sales growth in this market segment, says Johan Möllerström, CEO of ArcAroma.

The olive oil production around Mediterranean Sea currently corresponds to around 70% of the global market share.

The agreement assigns the exclusive sales and distribution rights for oliveCEPT®, in the south of Italy, to Clemente. The agreement also includes the installation of at least one oliveCEPT® system. This first unit will be installed in the region of Apulia and for use during the season 2018-19. Clemente (www.clementesnc.com) is based in Matera, Italy, and has over 50 years experience from installation and start-up of olive oil plants in Italy and other countries around the world.
