Cleantech Building Materials plc ("CBM" or the "Company") confirms that the Annual General Meeting will be held on 29 May 2019 at 9.00am at the offices of Marriott Harrison LLP, 11 Staple Inn, London, WC1V 7QH.

1. Circular to shareholders of the Company, including notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company; and
2. Form of proxy for use at the Annual General Meeting;
3. Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2018.
