Efecte Plc: Share subscriptions with options
A total of 124 500 shares of Efefcte Plc have been subscribed for with stock options. 76 500 shares were subscribed with 2011 options, 24 000 with 2015A options and 24 000 with 2015B options. The shares are expected to be entered into the trade register on 22 May 2018, as of which date the new shares will carry equal shareholder rights with the company's existing shares. Public trading is expected to begin on Nasdaq First North marketplace operated by Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd as of 23 May 2018 together with the existing shares.
The entire subscription price of 120 370.00 euro will be recorded in the reserve of invested non-restricted equity, and the company's share capital remains unchanged. The shares have no nominal value.
After the subscriptions, the number of Efecte's shares will rise to 5 810 988 shares.
