Hoivatilat Plc ("Hoivatilat") has on 10 January 2020 received a notification pursuant to chapter 9, section 5 of the Securities Market Act from Aedifica SA/NV, according to which the ownership of shares and votes in Hoivatilat of Aureit Holding Oy, has increased above the threshold of 10, 15, 20, 30, 50, 66.7 and 90 per cent following the transfer of shares on 10 January 2020.
