This major shareholder notice regarding IC Group, CVR-no. 62816414, Adelgade 12 D, DK-1304 Copenhagen K (the "Company") is made pursuant to sections 38-40 of Consolidated Act no. 459 of 24 April 2019 on capital markets.
As announced on 3 July 2019 the offer will be completed and have now been settled in cash. Consequently, Friheden Invest A/S, CVR-no. 15734949 (the "Shareholder") hereby informs that on 5 July 2019 the Shareholder acquired 817,226 shares of DKK 10 each in the Company corresponding to approximately 5.38 percent of the total share capital and voting rights of the Company.
The Shareholder now directly holds 13,853,954 shares of DKK 10 each in the Company corresponding to approximately 91.18 percent of the total share capital and voting rights of the Company.
