Inside information: Sanoma considers the issuance of a social bond

Sanoma Corporation (”Sanoma”) considers the issuance of its inaugural euro-denominated fixed-rate social notes with an expected principal amount of EUR 150 million and a tenor of three years (the “Notes”). The issuance of the Notes may take place in the near future subject to market conditions. Sanoma would use the net proceeds from the contemplated issue of the Notes in accordance with the Social Bond Framework (the “Framework”) published by Sanoma on 2 September 2024.

Nordea Bank Abp and Swedbank AB (publ) (“Swedbank”) have been appointed to act as joint lead managers in the potential issue of the Notes. Swedbank acted as the advisor in connection with establishing the Framework.
