TTS - Recorded increase in share capital

Reference is made to stock exchange notice of 22 May 2012 regarding the exercise of share options in TTS Group ASA. The transaction is now completed and shares have been registered in the Norwegian Registry of Business Enterprises.
Reference is furthermore made to stock exchange notice of 10.01.2011 regarding the subsequent offering of shares in TTS Group ASA. One bondholder have converted a total of NOK 2 500 000,-, to 269 283 shares based on the rate 9.2839 per share.
Subsequent to this conversion the remaining nominal convertible bond debt is NOK 112 845 000, corresponding to 12 154 913 conversion rights.
The new share capital in TTS Group ASA of NOK 42 360 340,50 divided into 84 720 681 shares, has been registered in the Norwegian Registry of Business Enterprises.
