Employee Elected Director to step down from the board of Zealand Pharma A/S

Copenhagen, DK, August 13, 2021 – Zealand Pharma A/S (“Zealand”) (Nasdaq: ZEAL) (CVR-no. 20045078). Gertrude Koefoed Rasmussen an employee elected member of the Board of Zealand will step down from her position on the board effective as of 31 August 2021 and leave Zealand to take up an offer of employment at another company.
