Change of advisor
Sterling Energy Plc ("Sterling" or the "Company"), the AIM listed oil and gas exploration company with a high potential exploration asset in Somaliland and an active strategy to deliver shareholder value through disciplined, exploration and production projects, today announces its change of advisor.
Following the acquisition of the business and assets of FirstEnergy Capital LLP ('GMP FirstEnergy') by Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited ('Stifel'), Sterling has terminated their role as joint corporate broker by mutual consent.
Peel Hunt continues to act as the Company's Nominated Adviser and Broker.
