In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Alphawave IP Group plc (the "Company") announces that Michelle Senecal de Fonseca, an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, will be appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of GB Group plc with effect from 1st May 2024.

Michelle will also be appointed as a member of GB Group plc's Audit & Risk, Remuneration and Nomination committees.
