This notification sets out details of the vesting of awards over ordinary shares in Alphawave granted to Rahul Mathur on 1 November 2023 under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan following satisfaction of the relevant vesting criteria. As a result, his total shareholding in the Company is 700,000 shares and his PCAs hold a further 100,000 shares, with the aggregate holding of 800,000 ordinary shares representing 0.10% of the Company's issued share capital.
