Bank of Georgia Group PLC announces external audit tender

Bank of Georgia Group PLC (the " Company "- LSE: BGEO LN) announces that it is undertaking a competitive tender process for the role of external auditor. The audit tender process will be overseen by the Audit Committee and is expected to conclude later this year, with a resolution proposing the appointment of the selected firm being put to shareholders at the appropriate Annual General Meeting. The selected firm will audit the Company's and its Group's financial statements for the year ending 31 December 2026. Ernst & Young LLP has served as the Company's external auditor since 2018.
