Cancellation of Treasury Shares

In accordance with Listing Rule 12.6.4R, the Company announces that it cancelled 40,163,891 Redeemable Shares that it held in treasury on 21 December 2023.

Following the above cancellation, the Company has 442,738,903 Redeemable Shares and one Deferred Share in issue and holds no shares in treasury.

The total number of Redeemable shares with voting rights in the Company is 442,738,903 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
