The Company was notified on 3 January 2025 that Jean-Christophe Thiery, Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company, acquired a total of 68,330 ordinary shares of €0.25 each ("Shares") in the Company in two transactions. The first acquisition was for 32,500 Shares on 30 December 2024 and the second was for 35,830 Shares on 31 December 2024.
