CT UK Capital and Income Investment Trust PLC announces that as part of an orderly succession plan, John Blowers will be appointed to the Board and its committees with effect from 7 March 2025.

John Blowers was involved with the UK's first digital investment platform at Interactive Investor and subsequently managed several digital investment offerings for AMP, UBS and latterly for FE fundinfo. He is now managing director of financial information company Stockomendation Limited, which operates three websites including Investegate.co.uk.

John is also the chair of River UK Micro Cap Limited, the founder of AltRetire Limited, as well as a director of UK NewsWire Limited.
